Honda XL250K0 Motosport Rare UK model – With just two previous owners, priced to sell.

Fettling – Starts from cold after several kicks and runs really well, difficult to start from warm.

Full sympathetic restoration, thousands spent

It’s a rare genuine UK registered (12/11/74) bike, I have an old V5 with last change of keeper in 1977, and the last tax disc dated 31/05/79.

Restored as a usable bike not concourse, used genuine NOS parts where possible, I found out when the engine was being overhauled that the bike had a big bore kit, I decided to leave it as was, so it’s actually a 301cc.

Some of the very rare NOS parts are: -

Genuine Honda exhaust system which has been ceramic coated

New carburettor (Currently has a Mikuni fitted)

New complete rear mudguard

List of major work and Parts:-

Engine was fully rebuilt by RTS Racing near Gloucester – All new gaskets and oil seals

Mikuni Carb Conversion

Electrics by Nick Beale of Highnam, new switchgear

Forks fully reconditioned by Central Wheel Components

New Bridgestone tyres

New aftermarket shock absorbers

Wheels fully rebuilt (all new spokes) by Haynes of Cinderford

Powder coated frame and black metal parts – Hanman Surface Technology, Gloucester

Seat restored by RK Leighton of Birmingham

Honda Parts book, Haynes Manual x2, Clymer Manual, various adverts and reviews

All cables, rubber parts have been replaced

New Handlebars

Complete new lock set

Spare carburettor, and different size jets etc

I have kept most of the old parts of the bike if wanted

No tax or MOT required

Original Owner’s Manual and Toolkit

New spare bulbs

Loads and loads of receipts, photos of unrestored bike and some of the restoration available

More photos available, just ask.
